These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MyValueApp (the “App”, “Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MyValueApp provides self-help tools (e.g., values clarification, reflection, reminders) for general well-being. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. Do not use the Service as a substitute for professional care.

You may enter notes and preferences (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service (e.g., syncing across devices), as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service may rely on third-party providers (e.g., Apple for purchases, Google/Firebase for authentication and cloud storage). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on our website or in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
